Holli A. Reinelt - Client Support Manager, Human Resources
Holli joined Gardey Financial Advisors in 2007. She graduated magna cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
She majored in Finance and minored in Sociology. She has completed 5 in-depth courses taught by the College for Financial Planning on the topics of estate planning, insurance, the financial planning process, investments, and retirement planning. Holli has also completed several human resource management courses.
Holli serves as a member of firm’s the Financial Planning Committee and Process, Efficiency and Technology Committee. She is also a member of the Valley Society of Human Resource Management organization.
In addition to her role as Client Support Manager, Holli runs the firm’s trading software and handles Human Resources for the firm. Holli’s blend of skills in finance and human resources makes her a valuable member of the Gardey team.
Holli lives in the area with her husband and their dog. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, spending time with her family, and crafting and scrapbooking.

Julie A. Coyle - Operations Administrator
Julie has been part of the Gardey team since 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from William Tyndale College (Farmington Hills, Michigan), majoring in Bible and Music. Julie is a member of the firm’s Financial Planning Committee.
Julie began her Administrative experience with a focus on finance by working as a teller and front-desk client services at Michigan National Bank while attending college. Other posts in her career include administrative positions with duties in accounting, human resources and 401(k) management.
Julie lives in Frankenmuth with her husband Lance and her daughter Amy. She has two other adult children, Brittany and John, and three adorable young grandchildren. She volunteers as a Coordinator for the READ Association of Saginaw County’s program in Frankenmuth, helping children discover the enjoyment of reading. She also volunteers frequently in music and leading bible studies at church. Julie enjoys knitting and crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family during her free time.

Debra M. Suffety - Administrative Assistant
Deb has been a part of the firm since 2005. Starting her career as an educator, her interest in finance led her to our firm.
She brings many skills to the company and works across all departments.
Deb earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and later received a Master of Arts degree from South Dakota State University. She forged a successful career in education teaching children and young adults. Deb continues to teach college courses at Saginaw Valley State University and volunteers her time tutoring children at her church.
Deb lives in Saginaw with her family. An avid sports fan, she enjoys watching and attending sporting events of all kinds. She also loves to read and travel with her friends and family.

Kylis L. Maxie - Administrator
Kylis began working with the Gardey Financial Advisors in 2014. She graduated from Delta College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
After graduation, she developed a broad range of skills and expertise working in administration with chemical, manufacturing, and financial businesses. With 20 years of experience in administration, Kylis brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Committee.
A resident of Saginaw, Kylis volunteers her time teaching Bible education to her neighbors. During the summer, she enjoys gardening and roller skating, and can be found snowboarding during the winter. When she’s not outside, Kylis likes to read and sew.

Mary A. Chavalia- Administrator
Mary joined Gardey Financial Advisors in December 2016. She is a graduate of Davenport University where she earned a Business Administration degree with high honors.
She began her career in finance, volunteering for various treasury positions with organizations in which she was involved. She has also served on her local city council and has previous experience in office support positions.
Mary, her husband, and their two boys reside in Essexville. She takes part in escorting her boys to and from basketball practices and games, robotics, cross-country meets, track meets, and Boy Scout events. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling Michigan, bike riding, playing volleyball, running, reading and relaxing up north on the beach.

Heather M. Reinhardt- Operations Assistant
Heather joined Gardey Financial Advisors in 2017. She graduated with honors from Delta College in 2005 with an Associate Degree in Science. Between high school and college, she spent six years studying Spanish, while earning her a place on the National Collegiate Foreign Language Honor Society. In 2007, Heather graduated with honors from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Recreation; Community Leisure Services Administrations and a minor in Environmental Science.
Her path into the financial industry began after college when she completed an internship doing recreation management and program budgeting. From there she spent six years at an automobile finance company before joining the Gardey family. Heather is a member of the firm's Financial Planning Committee.
Heather lives in Hemlock, Michigan with her husband, daughter and dog. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, outdoor activities like boating and snowmobiling and volunteering at the YMCA Camp Timbers.
